1. Returns
We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened and have their original seals intact.
To request a return, email ummigummy.marketing@gmail.com with your order number. Our team will provide return instructions and the appropriate returns address.
2. Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
If a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, UMMI will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required by law.
3. Refunds
Once your return has been received and assessed, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within applicable UK legal timeframes, generally within 14 days of receiving returned goods or evidence they have been sent back, where applicable.
4. Opened Products
Opened gummy products are not eligible for returns under our voluntary 30-day change-of-mind policy.
Where the statutory exemption for unsealed health-protection or hygiene goods applies, change-of-mind cancellation rights may also be excluded.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
5. Your Statutory Rights
UK consumers generally have the right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of delivery and a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us.
Where applicable, refunds will include the basic standard outbound delivery charge in accordance with UK consumer law.
Our 30-day returns policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
